  Dormitory No. 2 is conveniently located near the Faculty of Health Sciences and University Hospitals on campus. It consists of two ten-storey buildings with a total of 203 single rooms, including 125 of a higher standard and 61 double rooms. DS2 can accommodate up to 325 students. Shared bathroom units are designated for same-sex students.

  Dormitory No. 1 offers 127 rooms, including single and double rooms. Rooms are equipped with standard amenities, including couches, desks, wardrobes, and kitchenettes with cabinets and refrigerators. Residents have access to washing machines and electric dryers. The ground floor features a quiet study room with Internet access. Additionally, student organizations and the Student Self-Government are located in the Student's House building, along with the CONIEco student club. A small gym is available for residents, and parking is provided.

  Dormitory No. 1 is conveniently located near the Branicki Palace and the campus of teaching facilities, around the Planty Park, with numerous restaurants and bars nearby. The concierge desk is open 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, and access to the building is controlled using a student ID card encoded in the resident's system.
