University of the Philippines System is a non-profit public higher education institution located in the urban setting of the metropolis of Quezon City, National Capital Region, Philippines. Established in 1908, University of the Philippines System (UP) is a coeducational institution and is officially recognized by the Commission on Higher Education of the Philippines.
