Founded in 1983, Yasuj University is a non-profit public higher education institution located in the small city of Yasuj (population range of 50,000-249,999 inhabitants), Kohgiluyeh and Boyer-Ahmad. Officially recognized by the Ministry of Science, Research and Technology, Yasuj University (YU) is a coeducational Iranian higher education institution. Yasuj University (YU) offers courses and programs leading to officially recognized higher education degrees in several areas of study.
