Albany State University is a non-profit public higher education institution located in the urban setting of the small city of Albany, Georgia, United States. Founded in 1903, Albany State University (ASU) is a coeducational institution and is officially accredited by the Southern Association of Colleges and Schools Commission on Colleges.
