Founded in 2011, Üsküdar Üniversitesi (Üsküdar University) is a non-profit private higher education institution located in the urban setting of the large metropolis of Istanbul (population range of over 5,000,000 inhabitants). Officially recognized by the Yükseköğretim Kurulu (Council of Higher Education), Üsküdar Üniversitesi (UU) is a large-sized (uniRank enrollment range: 20,000-24,999 students) coeducational Turkish higher education institution. Üsküdar Üniversitesi (UU) offers courses and programs leading to officially recognized higher education degrees such as bachelor's degrees, master's degrees and doctorate degrees in several areas of study.
