In addition to the central library, the university has a total of six libraries, serving different campuses and faculties: the School of Foreign Languages on the central campus, Safranbolu Fethi Toker Fine Arts and Design Faculty, Yenice Vocational School, Eskipazar Vocational School, and Eflani Vocational School.

The Kamil Güleç Library moved to its new 4,000 m² building on April 3, 2017, commemorating the 80th anniversary of Karabük and the 10th anniversary of the university. This new library was generously constructed by the philanthropic businessman Kamil Güleç, demonstrating unwavering support for education.

The Central Kamil Güleç Library Building boasts remarkable features, including climate-controlled study and research areas, landscaped green spaces, an art gallery, and a visually stunning exterior facade that showcases books on the shelves. Accommodating more than 500 users, the library offers both online and offline research capabilities, catering to the diverse needs of the academic community.

The library's collection is extensive, comprising 66,182 printed books, 2,062 printed theses, 125 printed journals, 38,323 e-journals, 28,413 e-books, 3,166,417 e-theses, 28 e-resource databases, and an abundance of electronic resources. To enhance user experience, the library incorporates various technological products, such as Kioks devices that swiftly scan the entire catalog, and a Self-Check machine that allows for independent borrowing and returning of materials.

In line with a commitment to providing a healthy environment for students, the library has implemented a sterilization device to eliminate all bacteria from the books, ensuring safe access to resources.
