Established in 2006, Aksaray Üniversitesi (Aksaray University) is a non-profit public higher education institution located in the urban setting of the medium city of Aksaray (population range of 250,000-499,999 inhabitants). Officially recognized by the Yükseköğretim Kurulu (Council of Higher Education), Aksaray Üniversitesi (ASÜ) is a large-sized (uniRank enrollment range: 20,000-24,999 students) coeducational Turkish higher education institution officially affiliated with the Islamic religion. Aksaray Üniversitesi (ASÜ) offers courses and programs leading to officially recognized higher education degrees such as pre-bachelor's degrees (i.e. certificates, diplomas, associate or foundation), bachelor's degrees, master's degrees and doctorate degrees in several areas of study.
