University Overview

Established in 1970, Université de Lomé (University of Lomé) is a non-profit public higher education institution located in the urban setting of the metropolis of Lomé (population range of 1,000,000-5,000,000 inhabitants), Maritime Region. Officially recognized by the Ministère de l'Enseignement Supérieur et de la Recherche, Togo (Ministry of Higher Education and Research of Togo), Université de Lomé (UB) is a very large-sized (uniRank enrollment range: over-50,000 students) coeducational Togolese higher education institution. Université de Lomé (UB) offers courses and programs leading to officially recognized higher education degrees such as pre-bachelor's degrees (i.e. certificates, diplomas, associate or foundation), bachelor's degrees, master's degrees and doctorate degrees in several areas of study.
