University size and profile can be important factors to consider when choosing a university. Here are some potential reasons why University size and profile can affect students when choosing a university.
 University Library
University Library The DSTU Science and Technology Library has been an integral part of the university since its establishment in 1930. This important unit was set up alongside the institute, and its beginnings trace back to the allocation of the first 2,467 volumes from the collections of the DPI. Under the guidance of the first library director, Z.I. Popova (1935-1937), significant efforts were made to acquire a diverse collection, establish a well-organized book repository, implement a loan system, and create a conducive reading hall.
During its early years, the library received invaluable support from the technical library of the "Rostselmash" plant. This assistance played a vital role in providing literature for senior students and scientists of the Institute, contributing to the enrichment of their knowledge and research endeavors. Over the years, the DSTU Science and Technology Library has evolved into a valuable resource center, continuously growing and adapting to meet the changing needs of its academic community.
