Universitatea Spiru Haret (Spiru Haret University) is a non-profit private higher education institution located in the urban setting of the metropolis of Bucharest, Romania. Founded in 1991, Universitatea Spiru Haret (USH) is a coeducational institution officially recognized by the Ministerul Educaţiei.
