Quirino State University is a non-profit public higher education institution located in the rural setting of the large town of Diffun, Cagayan Valley, Philippines. Founded in 1976, Quirino State University (QSU) is a coeducational institution and is officially recognized by the Commission on Higher Education of the Philippines. QSU offers courses and programs leading to officially recognized higher education degrees, such as pre-bachelor's degrees (i.e. certificates, diplomas, associate or foundation), bachelor's degrees and master's degrees in several areas of study.
