Polytechnic University of the Philippines is a non-profit public higher education institution located in the urban setting of the metropolis of Manila, National Capital Region, Philippines. This institution also has branch campuses in Taguig, Quezon City, San Juan, Parañaque, Bataan, Bulacan, Nueva Ecija, Quezon, Camarines Sur, Batangas, Cavite, Mindoro, Laguna and Abu Dhabi. Founded in 1904, Polytechnic University of the Philippines (PUP) is a coeducational institution officially recognized by the Commission on Higher Education of the Philippines. PUP provides courses and programs leading to officially recognized higher education degrees, including pre-bachelor's degrees (i.e. certificates, diplomas, associate or foundation), bachelor's degrees, master's degrees and doctorate degrees in several areas of study.
