Founded in 2015, Universitetet i Nordland (Nord University) is a non-profit public higher education institution located in the large town of Bodø (population range of 10,000-49,999 inhabitants), Nordland. This institution also has a branch campus in Mo i Rana and Stokmarknes. Officially recognized by the Kunnskapsdepartementet (Ministry of Education and Research), Universitetet i Nordland (UiN / NU) is a small-sized (uniRank enrollment range: 4,000-4,999 students) coeducational Norwegian higher education institution.
