Established in 1994, Høgskolen i Molde (Molde University College) is a non-profit public higher education institution located in the suburban setting of the large town of Molde (population range of 10,000-49,999 inhabitants), More og Romsdal. This institution also has a branch campus in Kristiansund. Officially recognized by the Kunnskapsdepartementet (Ministry of Education and Research), Høgskolen i Molde (HiMolde) is a small-sized (uniRank enrollment range: 2,000-2,999 students) coeducational Norwegian higher education institution.
