Established in 2000, Vilniaus kolegija (Vilnius College) is a non-profit public higher education institution located in the urban setting of the large city of Vilnius (population range of 500,000-1,000,000 inhabitants). Officially recognized by the Lietuvos Respublikos švietimo ir mokslo ministerija (Ministry of Education and Science of the Republic of Lithuania), Vilniaus kolegija (VK) is a medium-sized (uniRank enrollment range: 6,000-6,999 students) coeducational Lithuanian higher education institution.
