Rajarata University of Sri Lanka (ශ්‍රී ලංකා රජරට විශ්ව විද්‍යාලය) is a non-profit public higher education institution located in the urban setting of the small city of Anuradhapura, North Central Province, Sri Lanka. This institution also has a branch campus in Puliyankulama and Saaliyapura. Founded in 1996, Rajarata University of Sri Lanka (RUSL) is a coeducational institution officially recognized by the University Grants Commission of Sri Lanka. RUSL provides courses and programs leading to officially recognized higher education degrees, including pre-bachelor's degrees (i.e. certificates, diplomas, associate or foundation), bachelor's degrees and master's degrees in several areas of study.
