Established in 2003, American University of Kuwait is a private higher education institution located in the urban setting of the small city of Kuwait City (population range of 50,000-249,999 inhabitants), Al Asimah. Officially recognized by the Private Universities Council of Kuwait, American University of Kuwait (AUK) is a small-sized (uniRank enrollment range: 2,000-2,999 students) coeducational Kuwaiti higher education institution. American University of Kuwait (AUK) offers courses and programs leading to officially recognized higher education degrees such as bachelor's degrees in several areas of study.
