Founded in 2005, Human Resources University is a private higher education institution located in the metropolis of Phnom Penh (population range of 1,000,000-5,000,000 inhabitants). Officially recognized by the Ministry of Education, Youth and Sports of Cambodia, Human Resources University (HRU) is a coeducational Cambodian higher education institution. Human Resources University (HRU) offers courses and programs leading to officially recognized higher education degrees such as bachelor's degrees in several areas of study.
