Established in 2006, Universitas Ciputra (Ciputra University) is a non-profit private higher education institution located in the urban setting of the metropolis of Surabaya (population range of 1,000,000-5,000,000 inhabitants), East Java. Officially recognized by the Kementerian Pendidikan, Kebudayaan, Riset, dan Teknologi (Ministry of Education, Culture, Research and Technology), Universitas Ciputra (UC) is a large-sized (uniRank enrollment range: 20,000-24,999 students) coeducational Indonesian higher education institution. Universitas Ciputra (UC) offers courses and programs leading to officially recognized higher education degrees such as bachelor's degrees, master's degrees and doctorate degrees in several areas of study.
