Established in 1780, Arts et Métiers ParisTech (National Advanced School of Engineering) is a non-profit public higher education institution located in the urban setting of the large metropolis of Paris (population range of over 5,000,000 inhabitants), Ile-de-France. This institution also has branch campuses in Aix-en-Provence, Angers, Bastia, Châlons-en-Champagne, Cluny, Le Bourget-du-Lac, Lille, Metz and Talence. Officially recognized by the Ministère de l'Enseignement supérieur et de la Recherche (Ministry of Higher Education and Research), Arts et Métiers ParisTech (ENSAM) is a small-sized (uniRank enrollment range: 5,000-5,999 students) coeducational French higher education institution.
