Founded in 1939, Instituto de Educación Superior en Formación Diplomática y Consular (Institute of Higher Education in Diplomatic and Consular Training) is a higher education institution located in the metropolis of Santo Domingo (population range of 1,000,000-5,000,000 inhabitants), Distrito Nacional.
