Université Officielle de Ruwenzori (Official University of Ruwenzori) is a non-profit public higher education institution located in the small city of Butembo, North Kivu, Democratic Republic of Congo. Founded in 2007, Université Officielle de Ruwenzori (UOR) is a coeducational institution and is officially recognized by the Ministère de l'Enseignement Supérieur et Universitaire.
