University Overview

Founded in 1967, University of Southern Queensland is a non-profit public higher education institution located in the rural setting of the small city of Toowoomba (population range of 50,000-249,999 inhabitants), Queensland. This institution also has branch campuses in Hervey Bay, Springfield Lakes and Brisbane. Officially recognized by the Department of Education and Training of Australia, University of Southern Queensland (USQ) is a large-sized (uniRank enrollment range: 10,000-14,999 students) coeducational Australian higher education institution. University of Southern Queensland (USQ) offers courses and programs leading to officially recognized higher education degrees such as pre-bachelor's degrees (i.e. certificates, diplomas, associate or foundation), bachelor's degrees, master's degrees and doctorate degrees in several areas of study.
