Technische Universität Wien (Vienna University of Technology) is a non-profit public higher education institution located in the urban setting of the metropolis of Vienna, Austria. Founded in 1872, Technische Universität Wien (TU Wien) is a coeducational institution officially recognized by the Bundesministerium für Frauen, Wissenschaft und Forschung.
