Transnational Association of Christian Colleges and Schools

The Transnational Association of Christian Colleges and Schools (TRACS) is a voluntary, non-profit organization that provides accreditation and support services to Christian higher education institutions throughout the world. TRACS was founded in 1979 and is headquartered in Forest, Virginia.

The primary goal of TRACS is to ensure that Christian higher education institutions provide quality academic programs that meet high standards of excellence. TRACS is recognized by the U.S. Department of Education and the Council for Higher Education Accreditation (CHEA) as a reliable authority for accreditation of Christian postsecondary institutions and programs.

TRACS accredits a variety of institutions, including universities, seminaries, colleges and Bible schools. The association requires that member institutions have a clear Christian mission and demonstrate a commitment to biblical principles and values.
